He is editor of the Handbook of Psychotherapy Supervision (Wiley, 1997), co-author of Theories of Psychotherapy (1996), and has authored numerous articles about psychotherapy training, supervision, and education. He is a Fellow of Divisions 29 (Psychotherapy) and 17 (Counseling Psychology) of the American Psychological Association.
