Stephanie J. Morgan PhD is a Course Director at Kingston University Business School. As a researcher and consultant she has advised private and public sector organizations on many aspects of work psychology. A background in IT Management included positions as a National Sales and Marketing Manager for Philips, Commercial Manager for Origin Benelux (now Atos-Origin) and a Non-Executive Director to the NHS. Stephanie is a Chartered Psychologist, a Principal Member of the Association of Business Psychologists and Director of Decision Dimensions, a psychological testing and assessment company.
