Following the sinuous steps of trickery since the days of Rio's malting and revisiting historical scenes such as the boot-down, the vaccine revolt, the Paraguayan war, the black confraternities, samba and religiosity, Jorge Felipe Columá investigates as the figure of malandro fits in with that of capoeirista in a symbiosis that goes far beyond the circles and constitutes an identity, or rather, a philosophy of life. Using the magnifying glass of social imaginary that allows us to see beyond appearances, linearity, the figure of the trickster appears as a pervasive myth in the capoeirista imagination, suggesting a deepening of the relationships between them.

Columá investiga cómo el personaje brasileño de Malandro (Bribóns) se confunde con la
Capoeira en una simbiosis que va mucho
más allá de los juegos y constituye una
identidad, o más bien, una losofía de vida.
Usando la lupa del imaginario social, la
gura de los Bribóns aparece como un mito
omnipresente en la imaginación de la
capoeira, sugiriendo una profundización de
las relaciones entre ellos.
