Mike Wills, SSCP, CISSP, is Assistant Professor and Program Chair of Applied Information Technologies in the College of Business at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University - Worldwide. He currently leads the Microsoft Software and Systems Academy program at ERAU's 12 US locations. This program combines ERAU, Microsoft, and (ISC)2 to provide US Military veterans with intensive technical education to enter the IT workforce in Cybersecurity and Cloud administration and development. Mike holds an MS in CS and MA in Defence Studies. Mike served in the National Reconnaissance Office of the US Air Force, designed and operated secure control and communications systems, and has taught and advised in colleges and government in the US and UK. 

Dr. Wesley E Phillips, Jr, SSCP, is an Assistant Professor, Cybersecurity Administrator, and Faculty Member for the Microsoft Software and Systems Academy in the College of Business at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University - Worldwide working in the Cybersecurity Administration Program in Virginia. He holds more than 170 information technology certifications and certificates and has more than 20 years US federal government experience including US Marine and Supervisory Special Agent. His specialties include communications, networking, and cybersecurity. He holds a PhD in Management and MS in Management with Information Systems Security Concentration.
