English
Although industrial policy has played a key role in the growth of OECD countries after the Second World War, it was gradually abandoned in favor of a policy of competition. Yet since the last financial crisis and because of the slow growth that characterizes industrialized countries, there is a return to active policies oriented towards innovation and industry. This book aims to highlight the foundations that currently define these new industrial and innovation policies but also their limitations in globalized economies based on knowledge.
