Natalie has appeared live on Channel 4's What's Cooking?, Radio 4's Midweek with Libby Purves, and Steve Wright in the Afternoon on Radio 2, and has given cooking demos to huge audiences at the Good Food Shows in Birmingham, Glasgow, and London.
