Ferran Adria自2009年起便當上西班牙的品牌代言人,是史上第一名代表國家的廚師,於宣傳海報上,他被尊稱為The most influential chef in the world (最具影響力的廚師)。據Ferran在香港記者會表示,最初西班牙旅遊局提議寫上the best的稱呼,但他認為這個太主觀了,然後,旅遊局再提議以The most influential形容,他不卑不亢地接受,因為這麼多年來,他所建立的事業獲得不同機構的認同已是影響力的最佳見証。

Ferran的「瘋狂」創作早讓他換來「廚房裡的達利 (Salvador Dali)」、「Gaudi之後最出名的巴塞隆那人」的稱號。2014年El Bulli將會透過El Bulli Foundation營運創意研究中心,每年計劃招攬20 個優秀的人才,培養及訓練他們的創意。這些人才不限年齡、國籍、職業,就算是設計師、建築師,只要他們的主題跟飲食有關便可。人才,是創意之源。開設創意研究中心目的是訓練更多的人才,這樣便可以將創意一層層傳遞開去。「基金將會以El Bulli的錢作資金,出書、為西班牙旅遊局當形象大使都可以賺錢。基金完全由我和Juli Soler (El Bulli的合夥人)運作,形式和內容完全自由。至於賺錢,我一直沒有太大興趣。」在未來兩年裡,Ferran計劃繼續遊歷各地汲取創意靈感,而中國大陸將會是其中一站,他還打算在大陸住上兩三個月以了解當地飲食文化。不斷學習就是不斷創新的基本,不斷創新也許便能延續Ferran Adria的成功傳奇,又或者讓他再攀上終極事業高峰。
