Philip C. Kendall, PhD, ABPP, is Professor of Psychology and Head of the Division of Clinical Psychology at Temple University, where he also serves as Director of the Child and Adolescent Anxiety Disorders Clinic. He is the editor of the Journal of Consulting and Clinical Psychology, coauthor of numerous books, and an alumnus of Old Dominion University and Virginia Commonwealth University, where he completed his doctoral training in clinical psychology.

James N. Butcher, PhD, is Professor of Psychology at the University of Minnesota and has published 36 books and more than 150 articles in the areas of personality assessment, abnormal psychology, and psychotherapy.

Grayson N. Holmbeck, PhD, is currently an Associate Professor of Clinical Psychology at Loyola University of Chicago and associate editor of the Journal of Consulting and Clinical Psychology.
