Diane K. Kovacs is President of Kovacs Consulting-Internet and World Wide Web Training and Consulting, which serves a wide variety of businesses and public organizations. She is editor-in-chief of the Directory of Scholarly and Professional Electronic Conferences (www.n2h2.com/KOVACS) and has authored several books, including The Internet Trainer’s Guide and The Cybrarian’s Guide to Developing Successful Internet Programs and Services. Mrs. Kovacs holds an M.S. in Library and Information Science from the University of Illinois and an M.Ed. in Instructional Technology from Kent State University.
