About the Author William Brummett is an architect who specializes in designing housing, healthcare, and educational facilities. A graduate of the University of Oregon School of Architecture and the masters program at the University of Wisconsin/Milwaukee School of Architecture, he has been involved in the design of a number of innovative assisted living facilities. Mr. Brummett was the 1992 recipient of a national fellowship from the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the American Hospital Association to study assisted living nationwide. He currently works for Anderson Mason Dale Architects in Denver, CO.
