About the Author Terry E. McSween is Co-founder and Director of the Houston office of Quality Safety Edge, where he has helped clients like E.I. DuPont, Hoechst Celanese, and Texaco design and implement organizational changes that have resulted in enhanced safety, quality, and productivity. He currently conducts a regular workshop — "A Behavioral Approach to Occupational Safety" — for the American Institute of Chemical Engineers. Dr. McSween has also published extensively on issues of safety, quality improvement, and organizational behavior. He received his Ph.D. in Applied Behavioral Analysis from Western Michigan University.
