BILL O’HANLON, MS, is one of the developers of solution-oriented therapy. He has written and lectured extensively worldwide on the application of this time-sensitive treatment model. He is also the author of Taproots: Underlying Principles of Milton Erickson’s Therapy and Hypnosis, In Search of Solutions: A New Direction in Psychotherapy (with Michele Weiner-Davis), An Uncommon Casebook (with Angela Hexum), and Rewriting Love Stories: Brief Marital Therapy (with Patricia O’Hanlon Hudson). BOB BERTOLINO, LCSW, MA, is a licensed professional counselor who has taught workshops in solution-oriented, possibility-oriented collaborative therapies and therapeutic hypnosis. He has written, coauthored, edited, and coedited several journal articles, book chapters, and books, including the forthcoming book Therapy with Troubled Teenagers: Rewriting Young Lives in Progress. Bob is the Juvenile Justice Coordinator at Youth in Need, Inc. in St. Charles, Missouri.
