Selby C. Jacobs, MD, MPH, is a Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the Yale University School of Medicine and holds a joint appointment in Epidemiology and Public Health. He has been Director of the Connecticut Mental Health Center since 1996.

Ezra E. H. Griffith, MD, is Deputy Chairman for Clinical Affairs in the Department of Psychiatry at the Yale University School of Medicine. He is Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and in the Yale University Department of African-American Studies. Starting in 1987, he became Acting Director and subsequently director of the Connecticut Mental Health Center until 1996.
