WINSTON FLETCHER is Chairman of the Royal Institution and of The Advertising Standards Board of Finance. He is a Trustee of Barnardo's and of the Open College of the Arts, is a Visiting Professor at Lancaster University Management School and is on the Advisory Council of the Barbican.

He launched two successful advertising agencies and has been Chairman of the Advertising Association, a President of the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising and a Council Member of the Advertising Standards Authority. He was founder Chairman of the World Advertising Research Center.

He has published ten books and well over 1000 articles in national newspapers and magazines. His books include: The Admakers; Teach Yourself Advertising; Meetings, Meetings; SuperEfficiency; Tantrums & Talent; and The Manipulators (a novel).
