Kenneth W. Hitchner (A.B., Dickinson College; Ed.M. and Ed.S., Rutgers University), currently a counselor at East Brunswick High School in New Jersey, has been a practicing secondary school counselor for 30 years, serving in several New Jersey school districts, he is also a past vice-president of the New Jersey School Counselor Association, a frequent conference presenter and author of articles in various educational publication.

Anne Tifft-Hitchner (B.A., Georgian Court College; M.A., St. John's University), has taught in grades seven through junior college, primarily chemistry and physics at East Brunswick High School and English at The Peddie School in Hightstownm, NJ, and has served extensively as a student advisor. She currently chairs the Hightstown-East Windsor chapter of the Mercer County New Jersey Human Relations Commission.
