Bolman is an author, teacher, and consultant who currently holds the Marion Bloch Chair in Leadership at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Deal is professor in education at Vanderbilt's Peabody College and a consultant to business, health care, and military, educational, and religious organizations worldwide.
