ROBIN LISSAK, PhD, PwCConsulting partner and global leader of the firm?s B2E Solution Set, has spent the past twenty years working with large, complex organizations on technology-based business transformation. He has spent his career building products and companies that use interactive technology to solve business problems. A resident of South Orange, New Jersey, Dr. Lissak and his wife, Lisa, are the parents of two daughters, Ilana and Rachel. His interests include his wine collection, nineteenth-century art, and the family?s four golden retrievers.

GEORGE BAILEY, PwC Consulting partner and a member of the B2E global leadership team, is an internationally recognized authority on strategic change. He has led large-scale, multiyear transformational projects for United States, European, and Asian companies across a variety of industries. A contributing author of Better Change and Paradox Principles, Mr. Bailey is frequently quoted on workplace issues. An avid sailor, he won the Transpacific Yacht Race in 1995.
