Maria Belknapcut her entrepreneurial teeth opening her first restaurant when she was 24. Since then she has owned and operated a number of full-service and fast food operations in the Los Angeles area.
Currently dividing her time between her ranch in Central Oregon and Los Angeles, where she lives with her dog Dylan, Maria writes for the adventure travel and equine markets as well as television and film.
