Terrell is an independent safety and health consultant, whose area of specialization is the evaluation, development, and implementation of written safety and health programs. He is a former OSHA Compliance Officer and 11(c) Discrimination Investigator. Mr. Terrell has held both technical and managerial positions in large manufacturing and construction companies.
