Uwe Erb is a professor in the Department of Materials Science and Metallurgy at the University of Toronto, Canada. He has published widely in the fields of materials science, metallurgy, and applied physics, and is author of several books and book chapters on grain boundaries and nanocrystalline materials as well as co-author of two dictionaries on abbreviations and acronyms and a database on engineering materials.
Harald Keller is a technical translator and writer with a broad background in mechanical engineering and materials testing. He is author of two dictionaries on abbreviations and acronyms as well as a database on engineering materials.
