Rebecca Yurkanin
Rebecca Yurkanin wrote this novel over twenty years ago. She stored it for many years, while she kept busy raising her four children. Recently, she felt compelled to fully revise each story, using the current times of society, such as social media, computer technology and cell phones that weren’t commonly used back then.
Rebecca took courses at Phoenix College in 1997 and 1999, ‘Introduction to publishers’ and a writing studio workshop, ‘revising the novel’. She recently completed an online course at Writefictionbooks.com.
Rebecca is an Arizona native. She is married with four children and three grandchildren. Her book primarily takes place in the beautiful state of Arizona. She has always been inspired by the Superstition Mountain near Gold Canyon, Arizona.
