Chris Roebuck is Visiting Professor of Transformational Leadership at Cass Business School, London. His book, Lead to Succeed, on his new Mach 2 leadership model has received excellent reviews from both press and readers (see below).Chris was formerly Global Head of Leadership at UBS, where his work is part of a Harvard Business School Case Study.
