Chris Roebuck is Visiting Professor of Transformational Leadership at Cass Business School, London. His book, Lead to Succeed, on his new Mach 2 leadership model has received excellent reviews from both press and readers (see below).Chris was formerly Global Head of Leadership at UBS, where his work is part of a Harvard Business School Case Study. He has introduced the ideas in "Lead to Succeed" to leaders in organisations as diverse as Investment banks, the UK National Health Service, international law firms to the Myanmar Red Cross and Chinese Space Programme. Earlier in his career Chris served in the British Army and is the inventor of the pipe fascine.
