Dan Rusanowsky has been the radio play-by-play announcer for the San Jose Sharks since the team's inaugural season in 1991–92. He was inducted into the Bay Area Radio Hall of Fame in 2013. Joe Pavelski was drafted by the San Jose Sharks in 2003 and is their current team captain.
