Dr. Leonard A. Levy is the founding director of CBAP and the associate dean for education, planning, and research, a professor of family medicine, and a professor of public health at Nova Southeastern University. He is the author of 100 journal articles and two books, a contributor to the Journal of Public Health and Practice Management, the Journal of the American Osteopathic Association, and the Journal of the American Podriatic Medical Association. He lives in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Dr. Cecilia Rokusek is a project manager for CBAP and an international speaker and consultant on all-hazards preparedness and curriculum development for the health and education professions. She lives in Davie, Florida.
