Paul spent 27 years in the banking industry, 14 of which were with Diamond Bank Plc, the 10 largest bank in Nigeria by market capitalisation. While at the bank, he masterminded the bank’s staff training strategy and tactics, and was at the time of leaving the Head of Credit Analysis. He founded Paradise Bookshops, a non-exclusive distributor for ASTD books, and one of the fastest growing in Nigeria, in 2011.
