"I was born September 15, 1955 in the Beverly Massachusetts hospital and am the fifth and last child of my mother. I was attended the Beverly public school system and was influenced by my family, friends, school mates, comic books, reading books, and television. I was drawing before I could read or write. The TV show Captain Bob and my sister Cheryl was my biggest influence towards drawing. I joined the Navy in 1976 and became a Sonar man. During my naval years I mostly doodled and drew a rough cartoon here or there depending on what I was doing at the time. I retired years later after sailing aboard 4 US naval ships and a couple of shore duty stations. I?ve been stationed mostly in San Diego with the exception of about 4 and ½ years total in Philadelphia PA, Charlestown SC and Norfolk VA. While in the navy I traveled around to 22 countries, played and ate my way around the world. During my off time I earned an AA degree in liberal arts, married and had two incredible children: Andrew and Samantha. I earned a second college degree and attended several personal growth seminars. I enjoy music, restaurants, movies, drawing, and lots of other stuff. I support my favorite charity Big Animals for Little Kids and support the USO by making soup and sandwiches for the troops one day outta the week. I believe eclectic, fun, and a little of the wall from time to time are some good descriptions for me. I currently single, living in San Diego California and have two amazing grandchildren: Taylor and Bryant. I feel that my drawings reflect my personality and life over the years and help to let my strangeness out of my mind."
