I am an Asst. Professor of Educational Administration and Leadership at Northern Caribbean University.
I have been an educator for thirty-eight years (38 yrs). Sixteen years at the primary and secondary levels and twenty-two years at the tertiary level. Nine (9) of those years were spent in Administration.
Teaching is my first passion.
I love to read. I enjoy cultural discussions.
