Gihon River Press publishes books about the Holocaust. To teach about the past helps shape the future. World War II and The Holocaust have been over for more than sixty years. An entire generation must learn about the horror and destruction the Nazis rained down over an entire world. Survivors are becoming fewer with each passing day. I believe there are many stories of bravery and heroism among Holocaust survivors that still need to be told. It is my intention to publish memoirs and biographies by and about Holocaust survivors, specifically stories of people who saved or were saved by others, both Jews and non-Jews alike.
1) Make sure our titles are distributed and available for all libraries, book stores, online stores, educational organizations in order to educate and expand on the knowledge and the heroic spirits as well as the trials and tribulations of Holocaust survivors heroes and resisters.
2) It is the intention of Gihon River Press to publish memoirs and biographies by and about Holocaust survivors. We are specifically looking for stories of people who saved other people or were saved by others, both Jews and non-Jews alike. We are interested in manuscripts and that have some historical significance and would resonate with mainstream audiences. We are no longer reviewing manuscripts for fiction and children’s books.
3) To sell the rights of our titles to foreign publishers in order to make them available in all nations in their appropriate languages.
