Daisy Kosgey Mugiira was born in Chepseon, Kericho County. She attended Chepseon Primary School, Londiani Girls High School and later graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics, Mathematics and Sociology from the University of Nairobi. Besides, she won the African Christian Authors Book Award 2021 under the Young Category.
Daisy has passion for mentoring teenage girls and is the founder of Dear Little Sister Foundation, a charitable organization, through which she mentors girls in schools and general society especially on matters education and by advocating for an end to teenage pregnancies.
