Love, War, and Glory 3 things that we all have seen, experienced or been a part of. As with life, in general, all 3 of these concepts have their ups and downs. This book explores those themes via poetry and spoken words and examines what these themes mean for everyday life. Explore what it means to go beneath the surface and find out what you are truly capable of and how to rationalize life events, both good and bad. This book also explores how to keep your perspective when you achieve your life ambitions and aims. From dealing with heartbreak and finding your true love, to tales of warriors fighting never-ending battles, making dreams become a reality, overcoming the odds to finally reach your goal, to tales of supreme champions and reviews of global figures of interest and understanding the changes and the journey we all go through in life you will find it in this book. We believe there is something in here that everyone can relate to.

Denis Olasehinde Akinmolasire is a software engineer who has always enjoyed writing and is taking the opportunity to share his unique insights and hidden talents to the rest of the world.
Denis’s perspectives have been formed through his own journey in finding love, battling to overcome the challenges and fears that have been put in front of him in the pursuit of glory and being the very best he can be at everything he does.

Love, war and glory is a collection of poems structured with the three concepts as headings, Love, War, Glory and a fourth one, Life Stories.
The poems are all short, and there are several of them. In the book, each spans about two pages. Some of the poems have short paragraphs (stanzas) while others look more like prose but still hold that poetic feel.
The collection in this book comes from the author’s own life, experiences, and thoughts, and for some of them, a lot of people can relate to. There’s something in here for just about everybody. Each poem will inspire something different in each reader, and it’s been some years for me, but some of the poems in this book are inspiring me to write again.
I read this in one sitting, but you can just as easily read a few poems at a time with pauses in between. There are some I’ll be going back to, and some I’ll be showing off to friends and family, because I want to get a better feel for them. I want to know what each inspires in me, individually. I feel like I just picked up my muse after a long dry spell.
A wonderful read.

Denis Olasehinde Akinmolasire's book, "Love, War, and Glory", is a collection of poetry and creative writings that focus on the themes mentioned in the title. I have always been a hopeless romantic, and being a newlywed of 2 years, I felt a real connection to Akinmolasire's writings. Many times, I find authors going out of their way to use specific words for either artistic reasons or because they feel it will show that they are a "real writer". Denis remains true to the subject of each writing, which as the reader, I really appreciate. I felt passion and realism in every word; that passion and realism is what makes an emotional connection with the reader. Being a newlywed myself, I found the passage "Whatever Happened to the Concept of Marriage?" to be one of my favorites in this book! It reminds me why I get up everyday, and to cherish those I love with all of myself. "Love, War, and Glory" is full of great poetry and writings and if you are a romantic like myself, I would highly recommend checking this one out!

Love this book, very uplifting. We all have ups and downs in life and it’s great to read a personal view and perspective. Love reading one of the pieces with my coffee in the morning and contemplating the points raised... I think it’s impressive to be able to write pieces like this in a way that all can relate to and connects with everyone.
