Kate Delaney is a lecturer in American literature at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a member of the editorial board of American Studies, and is a former cultural attaché at the U.S. Embassy in The Hague. Ruud Janssens is a professor of American studies at the University of Amsterdam whose specialties include U.S.Asian and U.S.European relations.
