Stuttgart artist Stefan Rohrer creates his artworks from car bodywork, motor scooters, and model cars, which he forms into distinctive sculptures. With tremendous craftsman skill he stretches, elongates, rejuvenates, and twists his unusual material into dynamic shapes that arch elegantly out into space, seeming to take off and head off the rails at the same time. This publication documents these works and presents Rohrer’s unusual oeuvre.
