Sharlyne C. Thomas is an inspirational speaker and author who was raised in the Christian faith and has served as an intercessor since 2003. She was given the vision for Sword of the Spirit Ministries in 2005 and has since then walked in her divine purpose to edify the body of Christ through prayer and exhortation. Sharlyne began fulfilling this calling by distributing her monthly e-newsletter, “Take Up Thy Sword,” and has also published two books entitled “When Heaven Hears Your Prayer” and “How Great is Your Faith?” as part of a series of prayer guides. She has been invited to speak and teach at several community events and has been a guest on various radio and TV shows on WOKB 1680AM and Afrotainment on the DISH Network. Sharlyne also utilizes her gifts and talents via Spirit of Excellence Writing and Editing Services as well as acting, modeling, and dancing. In addition to her full-time ministry and home business, she works as executive assistant for Wendell “Determined” Jean-Pierre of Real Life Production, independent representative for Avon, and secretary on the board of directors for Business Women Inspirational Network. Sharlyne is a New Beginnings teacher at her church and a member of the Independent Book Publishers Association, Florida Publishers Association, and Watchmen on the Wall Prayer Network.
