Having worked in hill areas of North east India as a Civil servant and as school/ college teacher ,I am equipped with the socio-economic, socio cultural , ethnic characteristics of the life styles of the different tribes of the region . I penned few stories in bengali , which were published by local publishers . I aspire to join the group of people who are doing something in roman script. I am a regular visitor of Calcutta book fair
