Mike holds the Society of Certified Insurance Counselors (CIC) designation. He is the Educational Consultant for The National Alliance for Education & Research of Austin, Texas, and is a National faculty member for Workers’ Compensation, Time Element, Business Automobile, Commercial Inland Marine, Legal & Ethical, Intellectual Property, and Aviation Exposures for the Society of Certified Insurance Counselors.
Mike was educated in England reading English for a Master of Arts Degree from Kings College, Cambridge. He resides in Pleasant Hill, California with spouse Ginger. Mike's hobbies are flying and boating with his family. In 1990 the AOPA Air Safety Foundation awarded Mike and his son the Distinguished Pilot Award for their efforts in flying food and medical supplies to victims of the 10/17/89 Loma Prieta Earthquake.
