Bio: I am Dr. Bablu K. Ghosh working as a lecturer in Electrical and

scholarship for standing first class first in B.Sc (honors) in 1992 . In
postgraduate level, I had studied on electrical and optical properties of
Air-oxidized metallic Aluminum grown in high vacuum chamber as a research
project. It is basically thin film study related to the kinetics of surface
evolution during its growth. I was awarded the most prestigious scholarship
in Japan “The Japanese Government (Monbukagakusho) Scholarship” to study as
a graduate student in System Design Engineering in Fukui University (Japan).
I completed my Doctor of Engineering (D. Eng.) degree in System Design
Engineering from the department of EEE of Fukui University in September 2004
with brilliant academic records. My PhD thesis title was "Novel approaches
to reduce stress in GaN films grown on Si substrate by MOVPE".My research
works were published in prestigious international research journals. I had
also presented my works in the International conferences in Japan and in
