In 1987, Arab Scientific Publishers was established to cater for Arab readers’ demand for computer knowledge. As the problem of unavailable Arab writers in this field rose, the management concluded that the best way out was to translate and Arabize English language books. Consequently, Arabic language publishing rights were acquired from leading international publishers. And with the wide-spreading of its computer books all over the Arab world, readers appreciation feedback demanded the same quality of books in other fields too.
