Since the 70's the world has been opening up opportunities, not only for the average person to see the world, but with the advent of IT, many of us have done things we could never have imagined in our youth. Since the 70's the world has been opening up opportunities, not only for the average person to see the world, but with the advent of IT, many of us have done things we could never have imagined in our youth. As the author, I've gained much from the IT revolution, and seen a fair bit of planet Earth. So, how does this qualify me to be here, presenting my strange and quirky ideas in print - I'm not sure it does, but these ideas have been eminating from my being for some years now, without having seen some of the world, and my involvement with IT, this would not have happened - so what else could I do but publish the crazy ideas? I recently reached the age where if I go into a pharmacy with a doctors prescription, I now get it free - I was amazed! To say that I am the product of a changing and evolving world might be considered an understatement, but I'm certainly not the same person I was when growing up, he would never have done any of this. The stars have always influenced my thoughts - they are a constant sense of wonder, not just for their vastness nor their spectacle but also for the notion that we are not going to be trapped here on Earth for ever more, for there is a fascinatingly great universe that calls us all. There is so much to be seen and explained.
