newart medien & design GbR was founded by Roger and Katja Hassler in 2006, offering publishing, design and marketing services. Their publishing program under the brand of “Airbrush Step by Step” is all about the airbrush technique. Designer Roger Hassler has been practicing this technique since 1994 and has been working as a teacher and author in this field for more than 10 years.
The company publishes the German magazine “Airbrush Step by Step”, which is currently the only magazine in Europe focusing all aspects of airbrush art – from custom painting and illustration to body and mural painting. The publishing program contains How-to and work books as well as imaginative art books. Especially the how-to publications are recognized in the airbrushing branch worldwide for their precise descriptions, high practical value and sophisticated layout.
