In 2006, Cheri L. Hallwood embarked on one of the most amazing journeys of her life. . . a jouney into the world of self-publishing. She had always dreamed of writing for children, but it would be her granchildren that would inspire Cheri to take her dream one-step further. Since the creation of her company, Forever Young Publishers in 2005, Cheri has published two children's picture books, " Winter's First Snowflake" and "The Curious Polka~Dot Present". Both titles have gone on to receive the prestigious "Mom's Choice Award", as well as Five Star reviews from both Midwest Book Review and The Reading Tub.
This new journey has given Cheri the opportunity to meet and speak with pre-school and school age children, teachers, and community organizations throughout the Midwest. Her presentations are designed to encourage, motivate, and inspire.
