The premise of this book is to connect humanity to one another. I accomplish this by discussing two hectic periods in the history of humanity. The first is the period of Colonial European powers. This goes in-depth in describing the barbarity and inhumanity dealt upon non-European humans. The second period is World War II. This goes in-depth in describing the barbarity and inhumanity dealt upon Europeans in this time period. The idea is to demonstrate that we all suffering (cry, know heartache, etc.) the same.
