Alexander Steele is an African American retired detective and club owner living in Philadelphia. When friends of the neighborhood bring Steele a case, Alex finds himself trapped in the well-crafted mind games of a madman only known as Chameleon, who wants to shut down the ports and collapse the economy of the United States of America.
