The government that America was founded on is crumbling apart and Washington is torn. With wars over seas, corruption, and major issues across the country, many of Washington's power elites feel the current form of democracy is no longer working.
A small group of Reformists eventually grow into an army made up of government officials, politicians, as well as members of the CIA, FBI, NSA and the entire defense sector. The Reformists take the bull by the horns and aim to topple the government by spilling the blood of their counterparts. The threat against America only grows as it also has an enemy in the Triangle; a group of wealthy business men from around the globe who use terrorism to cripple their competition and widen their profits.
However, a new and unknown defense agency, Crisis Prevention Team (CPT), and their highly skilled field agent, Tom Slayer, prove to be quite the thorn to the Reformists and Triangle and attempt to spoil their plans before Washington falls.
